3D Processing with TV One at ISE 2011
Erlanger, KY , December 9, 2010—TV One will be demonstrating a range of 3D video processing capabilities using their advanced CORIO® processing engine, at the ISE 2011 Exhibition held in Amsterdam on February 1-3, 2011.
3D video processing will be shown throughout the TV One booth with stereoscopic demonstrations of CORIO® products being fed live video from two standard 2D 1080p camera sources. These 2 inputs will be processed within the TV One unit to produce a single 3D image of live video which will be output to a 3D monitor in real time.
The additional ability to insert picture-in-picture windows of 2D images such as logos and computer graphics so that they appear "floating" in front of a background 3D video source will also be displayed during the exhibition.
3D processing features available include independent scaling of stereoscopic resolutions and transcoding between the various types of 3D resolutions allowing for alternative transmission methods. TV One's exclusive CORIO® technology supports all 3D standards, which differ in their signal formats, and can be supported using the same processing engine, keeping development and subsequent product costs for the end user to a minimum.
The vast range of video signal processing options with CORIO® products is limitless and this unique technology is once again allowing end users to incorporate future trends into their workflow. Visit the TV One Booth # 3B88 at ISE 2011 and see the future of 3D signal processing with TV One products.
